Where have I been???

Hey all, it’s been quite sometime since I have posted here. Three years or so! Life just has a habit of getting in the way. I wonder where would this blog page be if I was consistent ?? I am one of those who gets excited about doing something and then the excitement dies and you hear nothing more lol. Well recently (Today) I decided I should start back up again. Gradually I will Let you in on some new things happening in my life and new things I am loving at the moment. I’ll take it easy and post here and there. No pressure. Hopefully if you enjoy it you will come back. If you are returning I’m glad you have made back! Feel free to comment I respond to all and love hearing from you.

Now that we have gotten the pleasantries out the way let’s get into some hair baby! You know we’re are in a pandemic and we have been home looking crazy and just plain lazy to do our hair. I am loving the drawstring ponytail from WWW.SHOPTRESSES.COM . Affordable and long lasting if well taken care of. Lasting power all depends on you!!!! It gives me a polished look without all the hassle. If it’s easy you know I want it. I’m lazy. Do you hear me!!! LAZY! So if I’m putting this up here then you know it’s worth it. Slap some water and gel and put your hair in a ponytail and keep it moving. Take a look at the video below to see how I apply it in less than five minutes.

The pony is so versatile for every occasion. It comes in three textures kinky curly, kinky straight and Afro kinky curly. As you can see kinky curly is my favorite texture and Easy to maintain. I will post of video on taking care of it soon. Check out below how I wear it with a headbands.

Happy New Year 🎊

I can’t believe how fast 2017 has come and gone. But I definitely want to start off my new year the right way. That is spiritually, emotionally and physically. Starting with the spiritual I bought this book to uplift me everyday so I can start off positively. My thoughts turn in to actions. So positive thoughts leads to positive actions. I truly believe that by starting my day with positive thoughts it will lead to a positive day. So a page a day will help ease me into positive things in conjunction to other things I will share with you guys later.

I’ve searched for a couple of weeks for the right devotional. Nothing seemed to grab my attention. Randomly I mentioned to my mother I wanted a 365 Devotional book and she suggested I go to a Christian book store called LIFE WAY. About the third book I picked up I opened this book and the first page was speaking to my soul. It was very important to me to have a relatable book . Something I can decipher which will bring me back to the book day after day. So far so good and I will definitely share post I feel are helpful. Hopefully all of you are starting your year off in all the right ways. Thanks for stopping by 😘
